Please read the following terms carefully before entering the prize draw. By entering the prize draw, you agree to the terms.

1. 13 winners will be chosen. The first winner selected will receive 1 x Amazon Echo (3rd Gen); the second and third winners selected will receive 1 x Amazon Echo Dot (3rd Gen) each; the following ten winners selected will receive 1 x £10 Amazon Voucher each.
2. Winning entries will be drawn at random on Monday 16th December, 2019.
3. Promotions are only available for entry by UK residents.
4. Entrants must 'Like' both the CFS Fibreglass Facebook Page AND the appropriate promotional image.
5. Prizes cannot be exchanged for alternative items, equivalent monetary value or vouchers.
6. Prizes will be sent via courier, upon receipt of winner's delivery address. We will attempt to deliver before Christmas where possible.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The promoter is: CFSNET Ltd (company no. 8244956) whose registered office is at CFSNET Ltd, United Downs Industrial Park, St Day, Redruth, Cornwall TR16 5HY.

2. Employees of CFSNET Ltd or their family members, or anyone else connected in any way with the draw or helping to set up the draw shall not be permitted to enter the draw.

3. All customers who place an order on either http://www.cfsnet.co.uk or http://www.cfsfibreglass.co.uk between 00:01 on Monday 23^rd November 2015, and 23:59 on Thursday 17^th December 2015 will automatically be entered into the draw. One entry per customer.

4. However, there is no purchase necessary to enter this draw. Please enter in writing to iPad Draw, CFSNET Ltd, United Downs Industrial Park, St Day, Redruth, Cornwall TR16 5HY.

5. Closing date for entry will be 23:59 on Thursday 17^th December, 2015. After this date, no further entries to the draw will be permitted.

6. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

7. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the draw and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the draw will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

8. If you do not wish to be entered into the draw for any reason, please contact media@cfsnet.co.uk.

9. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this draw.

10. No cash alternative to the prize will be offered. The prize is not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent or larger value without giving notice.

11. Winners will be chosen at random by online software, from a list of all entries received, and verified by the Promoter and or its agents.

12. The winner will be notified by email and/or letter within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

13. The promoter will contact the winner to organise delivery of the prize.

14. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

15. By entering this draw, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

16. The draw, and these terms and conditions, will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

17. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

18. The winner’s name will be available 28 days after closing date by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the following address: iPad Draw Winner, CFSNET Ltd, United Downs Industrial Park, St Day, Redruth, Cornwall, TR16 5HY.

19. Entry into the draw will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
